Recruiting Consultant
Responsibilities:
1.Control the consulting service process and main high quality;
2.Handle active communication with Client to deliver satisfactory professional service;
3.Analyze clients' hiring need and job description and identify target candidate for client;
4.Evaluate candidates by phone call or face to face interview. and prepare the professional report to client;
5.Develop and maintain good client relationship.
Requirements:
1.Bachelor or higher education is preferred but not required;
2.Good project management skills and presentation skills, Outstanding capability of communication and influencing people;
3.Decent Client Skill; Be able to close deal;
4.Strong commercial awareness and business acumen with a proven ability to align clients’ business strategy with their hiring needs;
5.Minimum 5 years of working experience is preferred;
6.Knowledge or experience in sales and marketing function in industries such as IT Telecom, Semiconductor, Manufacturing, Automobile or Banking is a plus;
7.Honest, reliable, confident, willing to take the challenges, can work under the pressure and handle the multi-task at one time;
8.Mature, calm,passion, pleasant, fast response, and flexible;
9.Very independent and responsible;
10.Customer oriented and strong interpersonal skills;
11.Good command of English;

Requirements:
1.Bachelor degree of engineering is prefered;
